  • What is Miakoff's Return Policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at within 7 days of receiving your item. You must get approval before returning the items by mail.
    In order to qualify for exchange, items cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.

    After 7 days of purchase there will not be exchanges.
    Exchanges that are approved via email must be returned in the original package.
    If the product that you are exchanging is damaged somehow we will not accept the item back refusing to the exchange.

    Final sale items

    If you purchased an item at a discounted price all sales are FINAL.

    Who pays for the return shipping?

    Buyer pays return shipping.

    What about Refunds?

    We do not issue refunds for any buyed item.
    We are happy to exchange or give store credit within 7 days of postage.

    My item got damaged

    If your item has been damaged within 30 days of purchasing we are happy to replace whatever is missing or broken. Please contact us at

  • How long it will take for my order to ship?

    We will take around 3 to 5 days to pack and ship out your item.

    How long it takes to receive my order?

    For orders within US we ship using USPS Priority Mail, so please allow 1 to 3 business days to arrive.

    International Orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive to you depending on customs.
    Jewelry can take longer when going through customs so please take this into account when ordering.

    Is Miakoff responsible for any lost of stolen packages?

    Miakoff is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. If you provided with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.

    I have not receive my order, what shoul I do?

    For domestic orders, if you never received your package and it says it was delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.

    For international orders, unfortunately we cannot track orders after they get out of US. Please contact your local post office to see how they can further assist you.
